2. PUHUI™ PSA Nitrogen Generator Descriptions
Purified compressed air is stored in an air buffer tank for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of work demand for air compressor. The generator produces nitrogen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven nitrogen generation method. Nitrogen of desired purity at 99.99% is delivered to nitrogen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas.
Nitrogen in buffer tank is maintained at certain pressure. It is adjustable for your needs downstream through a pressure regulator valve. The highest pressure of nitrogen is decided by compressed air feed pressure with system pressure drop of maximum 2bar.
